Sponsorship

Support the Association and our work by sponsoring or co-sponsoring a function. There will be two types of function sponsorships, sole and co-sponsor. There are also levels of sponsorships so that companies will receive acknowledgement based on the extent of their support.

The levels of Sponsorship are:

The Convention Yearbook, newsletters and all other materials will list each company to recognize their level of support. Additionally, all name tags will carry the appropriate message or color to identify the level of sponsorship.

Sole Sponsorships at the Silver Level are as follows: Posters, Daily News Bulletins, Monday Registration & Tuesday Registration.

Co-Sponsor functions at the Silver and Gold Levels are as follows: Golf Awards, Golf Refreshment Carts, Golf Breakfast, Golf Transportation, Plaques & Awards, Exhibit Hall, & Silent Auction

Co-Sponsor Functions at the Silver, Gold & Platinum Levels are as follows: Children’s Program, Tuesday Breakfast, Wednesday Breakfast, Bingo and Exhibit Hall Children's Activities.

Co-Sponsor Functions are the Gold, Platinum and Diamond Levels are as follows: Chairman’s Banquet, Grand Prize, Best Bagger Contest, Vice Chairman’s Reception, Board of Directors Reception, Business Sessions, and Golf Tournament.

Please indicate a first and second choice as we will accept only the number of sponsors for each function we need to reach our goal for that particular function. If you would like to be the sole sponsor of a co-sponsored function, please contact the Association Office for a dollar amount.
